Qantas Marketing Plan

We were tasked with developing a marketing plan for Qantas, Australia’s leading airline, after the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, an opportunity analysis was conducted to help determine the direction of the final strategy.

Rotary Broadwater Chapel Marketing Plan

This marketing plan was designed for a boutique chapel on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We were provided with consumer profiles, and had to find a plan that would accomodate our clientele.

Case Study - Aldi in China

An International Business course required that we assess Aldi’s venture into the Chinese market. It was an eye-opening lesson, and really emphasized that a country’s market and culture are closely intertwined.

Queensland Weightlifting Association Brand Audit

After conducting this brand audit of the Queensland Weightlifting Association, I actually reached out to the organization’s president. She was very receptive to my analysis, and we discussed potential changes to the site. Unfortunately, a rebrand was not in the budget for 2022, and I moved out of Queensland at the end of the year. Hopefully they will consider my audit during the next round of updates.

Julius Marketing Plan (Group Assignment)

This assignment required the class to develop a marketing plan for Julius, and influencer marketer company. This was a group project, and I cannot take full credit for the work. I contributed to The Market section.

Sample Press Release

I created a sample press release for a Public Relations course. This release was theoretically going to be sent to national media outlets. I chose to write about the ASPCA and the struggles they faced during hurricanes in 2016.

Integrated Communication Marketing Campaign

The final assignment listed here is an IMC for the UK organization, “This Girl Can.” I was required to identify target audiences and develop an advertising plan for the organization.
